*ARROZ TEXANO
Chicken, steak and shrimp grilled with bell peppers, onions and tomatoes.  Served over a bed of rice,  topped with nacho cheese. 10.25

Fried flour tortilla stuffed with grilled strips of marinated steak or chicken, onions, tomatoes and bell peppers, and topped with nacho cheese.  Served with rice or beans, and side of lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and guacamole.  10.00

CARNITAS DINNER
Braised chunks of pork tenderloin simmered in our special blend of juices and beer.  Served with tortillas, beans and rice. 9.50

*CHICKEN OR STEAK MILANESA
Tender fillets of chicken or steak lightly coated in seasoned bread crumbs and fried until golden, topped with fresh avocado.   Served with a small side salad, tortillas and one side. 10.95

*CHILE COLORADO
Steak strips cooked in a savory chile based sauce.  Served with beans, rice, flour tortillas and guacamole or side salad.  Made to order mild or spicy. 9.50

CHICKEN VERDE                                                                                                                                                     Tender pork tenderloin flavored with green chile and cilantro salsa.  Served with rice or beans and choice of three flour or corn tortillas.  9.50

CHILES POBLANOS
Two authentic poblano peppers stuffed with cheese and shredded chicken or ground beef, dipped in egg batter and lightly fried.  Served with rice and quacamole. 8.25

CHIMICHANGA
Two flour tortillas, fried or soft, stuffed with beef tips or shredded chicken, topped with nacho cheese. Served with  lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole and choice of rice or beans. 9.00

CREAM OF MUSHROOM POLLO
Grilled chicken strips and onions sautéed in a mushroom and cheese sauce.  Served with rice, lettuce, tomato and sour cream . 9.00

Grilled steak, chicken, shrimp, vegetables and cilantro mixed with rice, and sandwiched between two flour tortillas. Topped with nacho cheese.  9.00

MARGARITA CHICKEN   Grilled chicken breast marinated in our house margarita mix and spices, topped with chipotle sauce.  Served on a bed of rice with a side of black beans.  9.00

POLLO NORTEÑO
Juicy grilled chicken breast topped with sautéed onions, carrots, zucchini and melted Oaxaca cheese.  Served with rice, beans, and tortillas.  10.00

SOPES CASEROS
Two corn meal cakes topped with refried beans, juicy shredded beef or chicken, lettuce, diced tomato, sour cream and Queso Fresco (crumbly Mexican cheese).   Served with rice, pico de gallo and ranchero salsa on the side. 7.25

TAQUITOS DORADOS
Four rolled corn tortillas filled and fried until crispy, two shredded chicken and two shredded beef.   Served with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and guacamole. 7.25

TORTAS
Traditional Mexican style sandwich nade with freshly baked bread, avocado, tomato, jalapeno peppers, onion and nmayonnaise.  Your choice of chicken milanesa, carne asada, carnitas, or “al pastor.  Served with seasoned fries.   7.50
